The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Committee and the Primary School Committee. The administration is responsible for preschool activities, school-age care, primary school, and adapted primary school. About the workplace

The principal's area of Kungsklippeskolan is located near the Stuvsta commuter train station. The principal's area consists of two schools, Kungsklippeskolan and Kräpplaskolan. Kungsklippeskolan is a grades F–9 school with approx. 450 students, with one parallel class for grades F–3 and two parallel classes for grades 4–9. The school also has after-school activities. Kräpplaskolan is a single-parallel class F–3 school with after-school activities and has approx. 110 students. We achieve high results regarding knowledge, safety, and study environment. About the job

The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) and involves teaching primarily in grade 4 in Swedish and Natural Sciences (No). The assignment includes being a mentor for approx. 18 students in the grade, which among other things means that you are responsible for the students' pedagogical documentation, such as pedagogical investigations and action plans, as well as conducting development talks. It is meritorious for the position if you are also qualified to teach in an additional subject.

You will belong to the lower secondary school work team and collaborate with colleagues both by grade level and by subject. The tasks are to plan, conduct lessons, and follow up on students' learning based on the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22) as well as the school's common goals.

About you

You are a certified primary school teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish and Natural Sciences for grade 4 and upwards. It is meritorious if you have previous experience of assessment and grading in grade 6 and correction of national tests. You have a structured working method, high expectations of the students, and your view of students is based on the belief that everyone wants to succeed. It is natural for you to differentiate instruction, and you can capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning. You are accustomed to collaborating with other professions, teacher colleagues, student health teams, and external actors to find the key to each student. You see documentation, assessment, and feedback on students' knowledge development as a natural part of your work.

You are flexible and have good cooperation skills. In addition, you easily create good relationships. In your pedagogical leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create a work environment characterized by safety, trust, and respect. You have a good ability to analyze and reflect and constantly develop your teaching.

We also want you to be well acquainted with today's digital tools, as well as both Google Workspace and Unikum and/or V-klass. We wish that you have a positive attitude and a good ability to inspire and motivate students to learn – this is particularly important for the position. You are also patient and responsible and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
