Kräklingbo School is located in a beautiful natural area with great opportunities for outdoor activities. The school has new, fresh facilities following a major renovation a few years ago.

Kräklingbo School is part of the Roma school district, which also includes the school units in Vänge, Roma, Dalhem, and Endre. These are all F-6 schools, except for Romaskolan, which is an F-9 school. Students from the outer schools are bused to Romaskolan to varying degrees for instruction in several subjects.

During the 2026/2027 school year, the school will have approximately 48 students distributed across three groups, where teaching takes place in age-integrated classes. The staff at the school and the after-school center are all part of one work team, which facilitates finding common ground regarding teaching, attitudes, and implementing decisions and joint activities.

We are now looking for a certified teacher for work in grades 4–6 during the 2026/2027 school year, a temporary position for the upcoming academic year.

Your responsibilities

Depending on the applicant's qualifications, experience, and the school's needs, we are flexible regarding the stage and grade level.

As a teacher with us, you conduct structured teaching based on the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22), follow up on and analyze your teaching and the students' results. You are a clear leader in the classroom and dare to try new paths to constantly strive to improve your teaching. You work with high expectations and see good relationships with students and guardians as the natural starting point for your work.

In collaboration with colleagues, you create accessible learning environments based on relational and low-affective leadership. You take responsibility for and participate in relevant competence development to develop and grow in your profession.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher or will soon receive certification as a teacher for grades 4–6 or F–6.

You have a positive outlook and believe in every individual's desire to develop and learn. You are unpretentious, solution-focused, and understand the benefits of working in a team. As a person, you have a good ability to build relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the school's student health team. You have the ability to work independently and goal-oriented based on Lgr22.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operation. We are looking for someone who is receptive, curious, and development-oriented. You take initiative, collaborate easily, and build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
