HR Business Partner (Mälardalen Region)

Ohlssons was founded in 1998 in Landskrona and currently has approximately 850 employees, operating in around 50 municipalities across Sweden with a turnover of over 1.5 billion SEK. The company provides services to municipalities and businesses in waste management, sludge and water/sewage, recycling, transport, and contracting. The group also includes Puls – Planerad Underhållsservice AB, Soreto Services AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB, and Tintorella Fastigheter AB.

About the Role

Ohlssons Group continues to expand in the Mälardalen and Värmland regions! Therefore, we are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to support both our managers and the organization in an expansive and dynamic environment.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a business-oriented support for both daily and more complex personnel issues. You will work broadly within HR, supporting managers in areas such as employment law, rehabilitation, workplace environment, and union cooperation. Through your expertise and commitment, you will help the business move forward, strengthening managers, employees, and the business itself. You will be based at our office in Märsta and responsible for HR support for operations in Mälardalen and Värmland. You will become part of the HR team based at the headquarters in Landskrona, consisting of six people. In this role, you will report to the HR Director.

Main responsibilities:

• Support and coach managers in employment law issues, personnel matters, and day-to-day leadership.
• Manage rehabilitation cases and contribute to the organization's workplace environment work.
• Be responsible for cooperation and negotiations with trade unions.
• Ensure that HR matters are handled in accordance with legislation and collective agreements.
• Contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

Experience and Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least five years of experience in qualified and business-oriented HR work.
• Experience independently managing employment law issues, rehabilitation cases, and personnel matters.
• Experience in union cooperation and conducting MBL (Swedish Law on Co-determination and Information) negotiations.
• Experience from manufacturing industry or other operations with blue-collar workers.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B), as travel is required for the role.
