Your Role at Secify

As an advisor/consultant, you will work on our projects at the client's site, while based out of Secify's office. Depending on the assignment, you will either work independently or as part of a project group with your colleagues. As an advisor, you will, among other things, work as an external DPO, conduct data protection analyses, and implement management systems for data protection and information security. You will develop and implement data protection strategies and generally advise our clients on their data protection and information security challenges.

You will also be involved in adapting and packaging services and solutions for our customers, and helping to drive Secify forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute assignments for our clients.
• Develop clients and business partners.
• Develop services and concepts together with the team.

Your Profile and Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education (two years or longer).
• Experience working with data protection or information security for at least 4 years.
• Good knowledge of GDPR.
• Knowledge of information security legislation such as CSL/NIS2, DORA, CRA, etc.
• Good knowledge of risk management.
• Ability to instruct and explain the importance and benefits of data protection work to clients across various industries, organizations, and roles.
• Comfortable handling and communicating with executive management. You can see the bigger picture and convey your vision so that the recipient understands.
• Comfortable with creating new contacts and developing business.
• Previous consulting experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with the ISO27000 series is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
