Description

AnOpIVA Mölndal comprises 3 operating departments, an intensive care unit, a medical unit, and a research unit. We perform both highly specialized and extensive orthopedic surgery, hand surgery, day surgery, ENT surgery, and other specialized procedures. We have 350 employees.

We are now looking for a System Administrator for our operations. This is a one-year fixed-term position due to parental leave.

Our operations have administration divided among 4 managers and consist of 8 employees. Their central role is to support all managers in the operation with administrative and system-related tasks.

Responsibilities

The position covers several areas of responsibility where you will have a central role in the administrative work of the operation. You will work 20% as an overarching environmental representative and be responsible for SOFIA and updating the operation's routines.

You will also have the role of LITA (Local IT Responsible). In this assignment, you are responsible, among other things, for managing permissions in various systems, administering KIV, being the local service card administrator, ordering IT products, administering 1177 My Healthcare Contacts, and being responsible for the execution of PC replacements.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience as an administrator within healthcare. It is desirable that you have education as a healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or other administrative education that the employer deems suitable. We also expect you to master Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in SOFIA (SharePoint), Marknadsplatsen, Proceedo, Raindance, Orbit, ELVIS, or 1177. We would like you to have good knowledge of Office 365 and a genuine interest in IT issues.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an easy time prioritizing between different tasks. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and thrive in a supportive role. You are solution-oriented, have an easy time collaborating and communicating, and have the ability to adapt your approach to both colleagues and partners. You feel secure in a role where you contribute with support and structure and work analytically, methodically, and meticulously. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
