About the role
Do you want to develop in a dynamic environment where you can work broadly within recruitment and collaborate closely with HR and business units? We are now looking for recruiters for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our clients in Gothenburg.

At Adecco, you will have the opportunity to work on varied assignments where you contribute to driving recruitment processes forward and ensuring the right competence is in the right place. You may work both operationally and strategically together with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and line managers.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Act as a central contact point for HRBPs and managers regarding recruitment matters
• Drive the entire recruitment process, from job profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and reference checks
• Work with candidate networks and proactive search to find the right competence
• Create reports, key performance indicators, and forecasts related to recruitment and workforce planning
• Plan and organize recruitment-related events, seminars, and employer branding activities
• Contribute to the development of processes and tools within recruitment and talent acquisition

Your role and focus will be adapted based on the assignment's needs and your competence. The assignment period may vary, from shorter to longer assignments. However, employment usually begins with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person.

About you
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent, as well as at least one year of experience in recruitment. You have preferably worked with both white-collar and specialist roles and feel confident in independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish. As a person, you are proactive and self-driven, with the ability to quickly get up to speed in new businesses. You work in a structured and organized manner, with an eye for both details and the big picture. You are also relationship-building and thrive in collaborations with different types of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Experience in independently driving recruitment processes.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Experience using recruitment tools (e.g., Teamtailor, Workday, or similar).
