We are now looking for a Process Manager who wants to help develop future housing support for individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, and mental disabilities. Here, you will have an important role in developing collaboration and creating a more cohesive, accessible, and person-centered care and support system.
About the RoleYou will become part of the Housing Support Unit within the Social Care Administration. The unit also includes housing support workers, support pedagogues, planners, and a manager.
You will be based in our premises in central Borås, with good transport connections and proximity to restaurants and services.
As a Process Manager within housing support, you play a central role in the development and quality work of the operation. The assignment aims to strengthen quality and create more coordinated support for individuals with complex support needs.
You are responsible for driving the development of FACT work and supporting the operation in matters concerning quality, collaboration, and working methods. The role involves close collaboration with managers, staff, the region, and other partners to create coherence, continuity, and good coordination around the individual.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Process Manager, you are responsible for driving, developing, and ensuring the quality of working methods and processes within housing support for individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, and mental disabilities.
An important part of the assignment is to lead and coordinate the work with the FACT model (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) and ensure that the working method follows the model's principles regarding teamwork, individual-centered planning, and systematic follow-up.
The role involves close collaboration with the unit manager, case workers within authority execution, housing support workers, healthcare personnel, as well as other internal and external partners. By leading and developing collaboration between different actors, you contribute to a cohesive support system with the individual's needs at the center.
You also support the unit manager in systematic quality work by, among other things, developing and following up on routines, conducting quality reviews and self-controls, analyzing deviations, and identifying areas for improvement. You also contribute to developing working methods that strengthen quality, legal security, and participation in interventions.
You drive and participate in development projects, implementation of new working methods, and other operation-wide assignments.
As a Process Manager, you provide methodological support and supervision to staff in matters concerning documentation, working methods, and work with the target group. Through training, introductions, and workshops, you contribute to competence development and to creating structured, coordinated, and individual-adapted working methods.
The position is new, and the responsibilities will develop over time in dialogue with the unit manager based on the operation's needs.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who have a relevant university education, for example, as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
You have experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, and mental disabilities, as well as good knowledge of the social services' mission and legislation.
To succeed in the role, you need experience in leading processes, driving development work, or coordinating operation-wide issues.
It is meritorious if you have experience with FACT, ACT, or other integrated team models. Experience in quality work, project management, implementation of new working methods, or supervision and training initiatives is also an advantage. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
We are looking for you who have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You are structured, analytical, and development-oriented, and have the ability to turn ideas into concrete working methods.
You are confident in your professional role and have an easy time creating engagement, participation, and trust in work groups. You can work independently, drive issues forward, and at the same time see the value of collaboration and shared responsibility. As a person, you are solution-focused, communicative, and have a professional attitude. You have the ability to see the whole picture regarding the individual's needs and work to create structure, quality, and continuity in the operation.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
