About the role

As a Financial Controller, you will become an integral part of the finance function, working closely with the CFO, Accounting Manager, and Business Controller on financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Your responsibilities may include group reporting, analysis, and the preparation and extraction of key figures related to consolidation and reporting. You will have multiple points of contact within the organization.

In your role as Financial Controller, your main tasks will include among others:

• Drive analysis and monthly follow-ups of an economic nature within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute financial advice and guide colleagues on financial matters.
• Play an active role in closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous development of financial and operational processes.
• Support internal and external audits.

About you

We are looking for you who have a university degree in economics and previous experience working as a Financial Controller. Furthermore, we see that you are accustomed to handling large amounts of data at a detailed level and have good knowledge of Excel. We also appreciate that you master both English and Swedish in speech and writing.

As a person, we see that you are meticulous, structured, and communicative. You possess a good ability to work close to the business with tasks that range from high-level strategy to operational details. You thrive working at a high pace, dare to take initiative, and help your colleagues when needed. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of accounting rules and financial processes.

Important requirements for the role are:

• You have a university degree in economics.
• Work experience as a financial controller.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Very good knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of K3 and IFRS.
• Experience working in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
