About the role:

As an Economic Assistant at PR Home, you will have a central role in maintaining order and quality in the company's finances. This role suits you who are meticulous, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility to get things right from the start. You will work broadly with financial tasks while simultaneously supporting the organization with finance-related matters.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Continuous accounting, reconciliations, supplier and customer ledgers
• Handle payroll administration from underlying data to final payroll
• Invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and monthly routines

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven, solution-oriented, and has an eye for detail. You are service-minded, communicative, and create structure in your work. Above all, you are passionate about contributing to a stable and well-functioning financial flow that allows the business to continue developing. As a person, you are cheerful and forward-looking, contributing positive energy to the team.

Your qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and payroll processes
• Good system proficiency
• Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively
• It is an advantage if you enjoy analysis and are skilled in Excel and AI
