About the role
Do you want to develop your role as an HR professional and work broadly within HR in close collaboration with both HR functions and the business operations? We are now looking for HR consultants for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our clients in Gothenburg.

As a consultant through Adecco, you will have the opportunity to work in varied assignments where you contribute to developing and driving HR work forward. You provide qualified support in HR matters and are involved in both administrative and strategic processes. The role involves close collaboration with the HR Manager, HR Business Partners, and line managers, allowing you to operate both operationally and strategically.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Act as a central contact point for HR Business Partners and managers
• Prepare reports, key figures, and forecasts related to personnel matters
• Manage surveys and employee engagement studies
• Handle HR administration, orders, invoices, and budgeting
• Plan and coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences
• Contribute to workforce planning and recruitment efforts

About you
As a person, you are proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to quickly adapt to new organizations and ways of working. You work in a structured manner with a clear focus on finding solutions, while being meticulous and organized in your work. You have a natural ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders within the organization. In your professional role, you present yourself professionally and have good experience handling confidential information with high integrity. We also view it positively if you have experience working with various HR systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in qualified HR work.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience supporting managers at various levels.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
