Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Do you want to help create a professional and positive candidate experience from first contact to employment? We are now looking for an engaged and structured Recruiter for an exciting assignment with an international company.

About the role

As a Recruiter, you play a central role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-organized recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for junior and mid-level positions and serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate journey.

You will become part of a team where quality, service, and collaboration are in focus, while contributing to attracting and recruiting the right competence to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles across several different business areas.
  • Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, communication, and preparations.
  • Ensure correct and updated documentation in the company's recruitment system (ATS).
  • Act as the main contact for candidates and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Handle recruitment-related emails, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
  • Support and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development and efficiency of recruitment processes and working methods.
  • Participate in employer branding, onboarding, and engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with recruitment systems (ATS).
  • Very good communication skills in both speech and writing.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Good administrative skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from international organizations.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Experience with employer branding or onboarding processes.
