HR Generalist at LKQ Atracco
Are you an independent HR generalist who wants to contribute to developing processes, routines, and internal communication? At LKQ Atracco, you can combine structure and creativity in an open and positive environment.
What does the role offer?
As an HR Generalist at LKQ Atracco, you will become an important part of the HR team and enjoy a broad and varied role focused on administration, structure, and development. You will work closely with the HR Manager and contribute to strengthening and streamlining HR processes within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Updating and maintaining documentation, policies, and the employee handbook.
- Handling HR administrative tasks related to employment, onboarding, and statistics.
- Supporting recruitment processes, rehabilitation processes, and other HR-related projects.
- Supporting managers in the organization with various HR-related processes.
- Ensuring that HR routines are followed and documented correctly and efficiently.
- Opportunity to work on HR projects together with our European sister companies within LKQ Europe.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in HR work and a genuine interest in order, structure, and people. You enjoy creating clarity and efficiency in processes and documentation, and you have the ability to drive your work forward with precision and engagement. You are a closer who ensures that things get done and are followed up.
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and independent, while also enjoying collaboration and contributing to a positive work climate. You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, have good system proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, quality, and service.
Experience with collective agreements, HR statistics, or working with KPIs is advantageous, but your drive and willingness to contribute to order and development in the team are most important. Experience weighs heavier than educational level, but we would appreciate that you have an updated HR background and an understanding of modern HR processes.
