You will step into a central role in the implementation of the ServiceNow HR module in a complex public sector organization. Here, you will help shape how processes for management work and the employee lifecycle should function in practice, from needs and target vision to requirements and solution design. The focus is on creating cohesive and efficient working methods for preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding, with the possibility of also including the recruitment process.

You will work closely with project management, business operations, HR, IT, and developers, becoming the clear link between business needs and the platform's capabilities. • You translate business needs into clear requirements, process descriptions, target visions, and decision-making materials.
• You drive and structure requirements work and ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and solutions.
• You act as a bridge between business representatives, HR, IT, and developers to create effective collaboration.
• You support process design and prioritization related to management work and the employee lifecycle in ServiceNow HRSD.
• You contribute to design and solution discussions with your technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• You facilitate workshops and lead the dialogue between business and IT to drive the work forward.
• You quality-assure requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support the business in verifying processes and user flows.
• You produce materials that enable a controlled implementation and a well-anchored change management effort.

• At least 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role as a business architect, business analyst, or equivalent.
• Documented experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• At least 6 years of experience in process leadership and process development, with a focus on HR processes in ServiceNow.
• Experience working in an overarching or strategic role in projects within complex organizations.
• Experience leading requirements work and translating business needs into solution design.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading dialogue between business and IT.
• Experience from the public sector regarding the ServiceNow HR module.
• Good technical understanding to participate in design and solution discussions.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work on-site 1–2 days per week.
• References from at least two relevant assignments.

• Relevant academic degree in areas such as human resources, systems science, business development, or other related fields, or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow certification.
• Documented competence in process mapping and process development within the HR area.
• Experience in change management.
• Documented training in communication and/or leadership.
• Experience from the regional government sector is highly valued.
