We are looking for a receptionist to work during the summer with our client in the real estate industry. This is a full-time consultancy position starting in week 27 and running through week 32.

About the role

As a receptionist, you will become an important part of the operations and the first point of contact for our tenants, suppliers, and visitors. You will be responsible for providing professional hospitality while supporting the organization with administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receiving visitors.
• Answering emails and handling customer inquiries.
• Managing fault reports and service requests.
• Supporting property managers with administrative tasks.
• Handling mail, orders, and bookings.
• Updating registers and documentation in our systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in service, reception, customer service, or administration. You are communicative and maintain a professional demeanor, while being structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. We prefer that you have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems. You must be fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and have basic knowledge of English.
