Job Description
Our HR department is currently staffed by dedicated employees with specialist competencies in various areas. With high-level HR expertise and an understanding of how we collectively contribute to the administration's operational development, we integrate our specialist competencies into a well-functioning whole. We offer consultative support to all managers within the administration regarding both operational and tactical issues in areas such as working environment, employment law, wage formation, employee engagement, leadership, and strategic competence supply. It is important for us to stay at the forefront, which is why we drive active development work that contributes to operational development, proud employees, and satisfied tenants.
We are now expanding our team and are therefore looking for a new colleague who, together with us, wants to drive HR work within our administration. You will work in a broad role with overarching tasks within the HR field. The role involves being a consultative, strategic, and operational HR support to managers in areas such as working environment, rehabilitation, cooperation, and employment law. You will also provide managerial support to a department and be part of its management group.
As part of the role, you will contribute expert support within wage formation and, in close collaboration with the process owner, function as one of the administration's specialists in the field.
You will also work on ensuring the implementation of working methods and updates within the administration, serving as support to colleagues within the HR function in your specialist area. Additionally, you will support the administration's managers in various change processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university degree with a focus on HR or another academic education deemed relevant. For this position, you need to have broad, substantial, and general experience in both operational and strategic HR work, preferably in a larger organization.
Substantial experience and good knowledge of wage formation, wage mapping, as well as the analysis of wage structures and wage statistics. The role also requires experience in supporting and guiding managers in wage-setting dialogues and processes. Good understanding of employment law, collective agreements, and cooperation processes.
Experience from working in municipal administration or the region is considered an advantage.

Through environmental scanning, you keep yourself updated, and you regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in the operations.
