About the role
As an Economic and Operations Assistant, you are responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, economic administration, and follow-up. You plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and activities, as well as handle invitations, bookings, and practical preparations.
The role also involves welcoming visitors, receiving packages, and answering phones. You have a holistic perspective and ensure that operations run smoothly – both on quiet days and when the pace is faster.
You will also have overall responsibility for Villa Adolfsberg and be a natural coordinating person in the house. This means you help create order and comfort, see what needs to be done, and are happy to pitch in where needed to ensure the operations function in the best possible way.

We are looking for you who
- Have experience with ongoing bookkeeping and are familiar with economic systems such as Visma or similar systems
- Are confident in economic administration and have good knowledge of the Office suite
- Are structured, meticulous, and service-oriented with a sense for order and details
- Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have strong drive and commitment
- Enjoy working both administratively and practically where needed
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Like to create structure and contribute to a well-functioning and pleasant work environment
- Formal education in economics is an advantage but not a requirement
