On behalf of our client within the infrastructure sector, we are now looking for a Senior Property Manager for a long-term consulting assignment. The role is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-06-16 and run until 2028-05-31, with the possibility of extension.

This role is suitable for you who have extensive experience in land access, property law agreements, and negotiations in large and complex infrastructure projects, and who thrive in an environment where collaboration and structure are crucial.

About the assignment

The assignment is located within an infrastructure organization that is in an intensive phase. As a Property Manager, you will primarily work with land access issues and property law agreements prior to the construction phase. You will be part of the project team and collaborate closely with property coordinators and other property managers.

The work is both strategic and operational, requiring strong skills in managing formal processes, parallel agreement tracks, and dialogue with relevant property owners.

Examples of tasks:

  • Preparation, negotiation, and quality assurance of property law agreements prior to the construction phase
  • Drafting agreements related to land access, e.g., land and usage rights agreements, lease agreements, implementation agreements, and agreements forming the basis for property formation
  • Handling land access issues in formal processes together with property coordinators
  • Ensuring formal handling of documents and agreements
  • Stakeholder dialogue with relevant property owners
  • Contributing to the project organization's work through structure, progress, and quality assurance
  • Supporting other parts of the organization with property management as needed

About you

Required qualifications

  • Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Surveying or Civil Engineering, a Law degree with a focus on Property Law, or other equivalent post-secondary education of at least three years
  • At least 8 years of experience in independent work with negotiation and preparation of land access agreements within infrastructure projects for roads or railways
  • At least 6 years of experience in work with negotiation and preparation of implementation agreements in large development or infrastructure projects
  • Experience from at least two infrastructure projects in a metropolitan area with very large investment volumes

Desirable qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working with land access and agreement issues in at least two infrastructure projects in a metropolitan area
  • Knowledge and practical experience of property formation linked to at least 2 infrastructure projects
  • Experience of land access in properties granted with usage rights, such as lease or rent, from several independently conducted negotiations

  • Scope: 40 hours per week
  • Location: At Torsplan. There is an opportunity for hybrid work according to agreement.
  • Extension: Possibility of extension according to option 1+1+1+1 years
