You will step into a new team with the mission to extract more value from existing data. Here, you will work closely with the business operations to translate business needs into robust pipelines and user-friendly data products on an Azure Databricks platform.

The role combines technology, business understanding, and structure. You will help build solutions that support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives, while also contributing to working methods and best practices that can be maintained by other teams according to data mesh principles. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence both the technical solution and the long-term development of data products.

• You build and further develop pipelines that transform raw data into structured and user-friendly data products.
• You ensure high data quality, traceability, and clear documentation throughout the entire data flow.
• You collaborate closely with the business, analysts, and data scientists to understand needs and create solutions for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• You drive dialogue regarding business issues and help prioritize development based on actual value.
• You contribute to working methods, principles, and best practices for data products that can be taken over and maintained by other teams over time.
• You explain complex data solutions in a clear and pedagogical manner to different audiences.

• Experience building pipelines and data products in Azure Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of modeling, granularity, and history, as well as how this impacts analytics, reporting, and business value.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and close to the business operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
• Experience handing over solutions to other teams for long-term maintenance.
• Interest in coaching and supporting others in data-related matters.
• Experience with analytics related to customer behavior, profitability, risk, or operational efficiency.
