Responsibilities

In the role of Operational Logistician, you will become a key part of the daily operations. The main focus is on the logistics flow, where you are responsible for ensuring that products, deliveries, and processes run smoothly from start to finish. You will work operationally with incoming and outgoing deliveries, warehouse management, inventory, and coordination of transports. You will also handle the company's medical technology equipment by cleaning, charging, checking, and preparing products for new use cases.

In addition to logistics work, you will also support the company's IT function with various technology and system-related issues. This may involve administering user accounts, handling technical equipment, supporting colleagues with simpler support cases, and contributing to troubleshooting and updates. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should have an interest in technology and a willingness to develop in this area.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and coordinate transports
• Work with warehouse management, inventory, and administration in business systems
• Handle customer cases, complaints, and discrepancies
• Check, clean, and prepare technical equipment for use
• Contribute to troubleshooting, updates, and simpler technical support
• Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements

• Completed upper secondary education
• At least one year of experience working in logistics, order handling, purchasing, or similar operational activities
• Experience working in business systems, ERP systems, or similar administrative systems
• Interest in technology, hardware, and technical products
• Good computer and system proficiency
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Post-secondary education in IT, technology, or logistics
• Experience in customer service or customer support
• Experience in technical support, system administration, or working in IT environments
