We are looking for a Technical Property Manager for a consultancy assignment

Are you interested in an assignment where you can combine strategic property management with operational development?

We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager for a consultancy assignment with a well-respected property owner. The assignment is full-time, starts at the end of August, and runs for approximately 3–6 months. The assignment primarily requires on-site work at the client's premises.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring efficient technical property management and work closely with property managers and the operations team. You play a central role in planning and monitoring maintenance, developing technical working methods, and addressing issues related to sustainability, digitalization, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves close collaboration on budgeting, monitoring, and improvement work.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in technical property management or a similar role within the real estate industry.
• A good understanding of building technical systems.
• Experience with maintenance planning and budgeting, and thrives in collaboration with various functions.

Experience in project management or team leadership is considered an asset.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You build good relationships, take responsibility for your work, and thrive in a role where you drive development while ensuring stable and well-functioning technical property management.
