Job Description

As a specialist in property law, you will work in a department with a broad and responsible mandate. You will drive processes and act as an advisor in complex legal and property technical matters concerning land and rights ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in property law for large investment projects (planning and design of power lines and stations).
• Secure land access and carry out property acquisitions within the company's projects.
• Manage, lead, and coordinate external consultants.
• Represent the company in cadastral proceedings and participate in rights investigations.
• Actively participate in physical consultation meetings within the framework of the various pipeline projects.

Required Qualifications

• A university or college degree of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 points) in surveying, civil engineering, law with a focus on property law, or as a forester/agronomist. Alternatively, other education combined with work experience considered equivalent.
• Several years of current and relevant work experience in handling property law issues.
• Ability to express yourself completely professionally in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
• Valid B-class driver's license (required as travel is part of the role for consultations and proceedings).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with land access in large infrastructure projects.
• Handling of cadastral proceedings and property acquisitions.
• Forestry and/or agricultural valuation.
• Experience working with GIS tools.
