Do you want to take the next step in your career within HVAC and work in a central role where you are responsible for technology, customer dialogue, and project progress? We are now looking for a HVAC Case Manager who wants to work broadly in projects and take a key role between project managers and designers.

About the role

In the role of HVAC Case Manager, you work operationally to drive projects forward with a focus on technology, quality, and customer dialogue. You act as the technically responsible person in projects and ensure that the right solutions are developed and implemented.

You lead and manage the daily work together with designers while maintaining close dialogue with customers and other stakeholders. The role also involves participating in design work and working in CAD, allowing you to combine strategic responsibility with practical execution.

You are responsible for producing technical documentation, participating in meetings with customers, and ensuring that the project's technical solutions maintain high quality. The role also involves conducting on-site surveys and acting as a crucial link between different parts of the project organization.

You work in varied projects within different types of buildings such as hospitals, commercial properties, and other facilities. This gives you the opportunity to develop broad technical competence and work in various environments.

We are looking for you with

• Post-secondary education within HVAC, construction, mechanical engineering, or installation
• 5+ years of experience within HVAC in the role of designer and/or case manager
• The experience must come from projects involving both air and piping systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of Magicad

Meritorious qualifications

• Driver's license
• Access to a personal car
• Knowledge of Revit
