Consultant Manager within Healthcare Staffing – Commission-based role with high earning potential

We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Consultant Manager who wants to help build a growing business within healthcare staffing.

This role is ideal for you if you have experience from healthcare staffing, recruitment, or consulting mediation, and thrive when taking significant personal responsibility. You have a strong network within the healthcare sector, are confident in dialogues with doctors and nurses, and preferably have established contacts within municipalities and regions.

This is a fully commission-based role with high commission rates and great opportunities to influence both your own earnings and the company's development.

About the role

As Consultant Manager, you will drive the entire process from start to finish. This means identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, drafting and negotiating contracts, recruiting and matching healthcare personnel, and ensuring that assignments are staffed in a professional manner.

You will play a central role in developing the business and helping to build structure, a client base, and a consultant network.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, consultancy management, or sales within the healthcare sector.
• Has good contacts with doctors, nurses, or other healthcare personnel.
• Has connections within municipalities, regions, or private healthcare providers.
• Is accustomed to building relationships and creating business.
• Can drive dialogues, negotiate, and draft contracts.
• Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Wants to help build something long-term from the ground up.
