We are currently looking to grow and are seeking more surveyors who want to help develop our business. As a surveyor, you will have an independent role where the key to success is freedom with responsibility.

As a Surveyor, you will:

• Work with setting out and surveying on projects throughout the greater Stockholm area.
• Maintain documentation, such as relationship data for the projects you are involved in.
• Perform occasional tasks but primarily engage in ongoing work during the course of one or more projects.
• Plan and prioritize your own work to a large extent.

You will work in close collaboration with the site manager on projects and will be able to seek support from the surveying manager on technical matters. You are responsible for having survey-related data ready so that machine operators, construction workers, and site managers can carry out their work as smoothly as possible.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a role as a surveyor.
• At least a 2-year education as a surveying engineer/surveyor or equivalent education.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation in the projects you work on must be flawless.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with systems such as Geo, GeoPad, AutoCAD, Topocad, or similar.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Is meticulous and responsible, as your work is a prerequisite for the smooth running of all work in our projects.
• Is socially competent and service-oriented, as it is important in a consulting role to work based on the customer's needs and meet them in the best possible way.

• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00
• Location: You work from home and your company car – you go directly to the customer.
• Employment type: Full-time permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
