Our client produces, distributes, and sells renewable energy in the form of electricity, district heating, and cooling to private individuals and businesses. This is initially a consulting assignment through Academic Work with good opportunities for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

As a Documentation Technician, you will perform documentation of facility and grid information in systems for the power grid. You will work in close collaboration with other documentation technicians, as well as project clients, designers, maintenance engineers, and grid technicians, giving you broad knowledge of the power grid's structure.

• Work with drawings in DP-Power, which includes new registrations, updates, corrections, and construction
• Produce quality-assured final documentation necessary to ensure that the power grid functions correctly and safely
• Work on improving and streamlining work processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in power grids 0.4-20kV, or equivalent work experience.
• Has good knowledge of DP-Power
• Has good knowledge of Swedish.
• Enjoys working with documentation and is curious to learn more.
• Has previous work experience in relevant documentation systems.
• Has good communication skills, takes responsibility for following up on cases and assignments.
• Understands the importance of following routines and processes according to framework agreements, as well as having high knowledge and understanding of process and project flows.
