Therefore, we are now looking for you who want to work as a Logistics Coordinator for an exciting company in the Värmdö area, and who are available immediately. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience who enjoys working with the entire logistics process and wants to continue developing and contributing in the field.

About the role

In the role of Logistics Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility to ensure an efficient and stable flow from need to delivery. You work both operationally and with improvement work, where you are an important link between internal functions, suppliers, and external logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Handling and follow-up of purchase orders
• Delivery monitoring and coordination of flows
• Transport and delivery bookings
• Contact with suppliers and external partners
• Follow-up of inventory levels and discrepancies
• Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and working methods
• Daily internal and external communication
• International contact areas

Qualifications

• A few years of experience from a similar role within logistics, procurement, or supply chain
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience with business systems
• Very good skills in Excel
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
