Job Description

Do you want to be a key player in one of the strongest Life Science teams in the Nordics and contribute to the development of future pharmaceutical production? As a Senior Process Engineer with us, you will have a central role in complex and socially important projects where your experience in process design makes a real difference.

We are now looking for a Senior Process Engineer for our strong Life Science section in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Södertälje. Here, you will become part of a team of approximately 20 engaged colleagues with expertise in process design, piping engineering, project management, and validation. Together, we help our clients define requirements, develop, establish, and optimize manufacturing processes and factory environments, primarily within pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on robust, sustainable, and quality-assured solutions.

In this role, you will have a central and technically leading role in the advancement of process design in our projects. You will act as an advisory expert to both the client and the project team, contributing to ensuring robust, quality-assured, and feasible solutions throughout the various phases of the projects. Duties may include, for example:

• Defining requirements for process equipment and technical solutions
• Acting as a process engineering sounding board throughout all phases of the project
• Developing and reviewing design documentation such as P&ID, component lists, and technical specifications
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in areas such as piping engineering, electrical, automation, and validation
• Participating in site work and following up on how design solutions are implemented in practice

Qualifications

• University-level technical education or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience as a process engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar chemical engineering industry
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong teamwork skills and experience contributing actively in teams
• Confidence in taking individual responsibility, influencing the work, and contributing with long-term perspective and quality
