Do you want to combine technical understanding, business acumen, and project management in a varied role? We are now looking for a Project Manager/Estimator for an established industrial company in Södertälje, starting immediately, with great opportunities for development.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire project journey – from the first customer contact and estimation to the completed project. You visit customers and work sites to assess the scope of projects, prepare quotes and estimates, and plan and lead the work throughout the execution. You maintain regular contact with customers, suppliers, and installers, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Visiting customers and work sites to assess projects and develop solutions.
• Preparing estimates, quotes, and cost bases.
• Planning, leading, and monitoring projects from start to final inspection.
• Coordinating personnel, materials, and resources.
• Being responsible for customer dialogue, economics, and project follow-up.
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to current quality and safety requirements.
• Building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone with experience in project management, estimation, or site supervision within industry, construction, HVAC, steel, or related technical fields. You are business-driven, structured, and thrive on combining field work on projects with administrative tasks at the office.
