The role combines customer dialogue, technology, and operational responsibility, involving close collaboration with customers, internal specialist functions, and external partners.
By understanding both the customers' business operations and the technical possibilities available, you help customers get the maximum benefit from their facilities and systems. You act as the link between needs and solutions, ensuring that activities are driven forward, implemented, and followed up in a structured manner.
The role also involves identifying new needs, challenges, and opportunities among customers. When the market demands features, services, or solutions that do not currently exist, you contribute valuable insights and data to the continued development of our offering.

- Provide support and advice to customers, partners, and colleagues on technical and business-related matters.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute insights that strengthen our offering over time.
We believe you are an engaged, structured, and solution-oriented person who thrives working closely with customers while coordinating activities between multiple stakeholders.
You have the ability to see the big picture, create structure, and drive issues forward. At the same time, you are curious, receptive, and have a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
You likely have experience from a technical or operational role where you have worked closely with customers, projects, service deliveries, or installations. You are comfortable in the interface between business and technology and have the ability to translate needs into concrete activities and solutions.
We would like you to have:
- Experience from electrical installation, technical infrastructure, or related areas.
- Good understanding of electrical installations.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and electrical diagrams.
- Experience working in digital systems and platforms.
- A strong customer focus and good communication skills.
