We are now looking for an engaged and structured project manager who wants to lead technical projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a Project Manager at AVL, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring projects related to vehicle development. You work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Profile

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects in areas such as product development, electrification, and software. You ensure that project deliverables meet set goals by continuously monitoring schedule, cost, and quality. The role also involves coordinating work between different internal departments and external suppliers, where you act as a central point of contact. You actively work on identifying and managing risks and drive problem-solving forward when challenges arise. Furthermore, you are responsible for regularly reporting the project's status to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent relevant education
A few years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry
Experience in technical development (mechanics, electronics, or software is a plus)
Good knowledge of project models and working methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or the V-model)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
