In this role, you will become part of a Material & Process team working on the introduction of new materials, development of material systems and associated processes, as well as technical development. The role focuses on composites and manufacturing processes and involves close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and other specialist functions throughout the entire development and industrialization chain. Example of tasks

• Work with manufacturing processes and quality issues in collaboration with suppliers
• Support product development through all phases – from concept and system design to verification and delivery
• Plan and conduct testing campaigns for materials and components
• Develop and update material and process specifications
• Contribute to and drive technical development within the composite field
• Participate in material qualification, manufacturing, and repair-related issues
• Collaborate with various functions to ensure efficient and robust manufacturing solutions
• Participate in industrialization and development of new materials and processes
• Travel to other business locations and suppliers may occur in the role

• Relevant post-secondary education, for example in composite technology, materials engineering, or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in industrial operations
• Communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel for work
