Wrknest is currently recruiting a Project Manager for Mips, a Swedish innovation company developing world-leading safety technology for helmets. They collaborate with some of the world's largest helmet manufacturers, and their technology is used in sports, motorcycles, and safety applications. As a Project Manager, you will play a central role, responsible for driving customer projects from start to finish. You will act as the link between Mips' customers and their internal development team, ensuring that projects maintain the right quality, follow the schedule, and reach the market as planned. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for approximately 35-40 parallel customer projects in various stages of development. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate these projects while maintaining close dialogue with both customers and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and monitoring customer projects to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinating internal resources and working closely with the engineering team
• Serving as the primary contact person for customers throughout the development process
• Providing technical guidance and advice to customers' design and development teams
• Identifying risks early and proactively working to find solutions
• Managing multiple parallel projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business needs

• Hold a university degree in fields such as engineering or industrial economics
• Have several years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a technical role closely tied to projects
• Have a good understanding of project management, planning, and structure
• Speak and write English fluently

Meritorious qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience from the sports industry, construction sector, or work with consumer products
• An interest in helmet sports such as cycling, skiing, equestrian sports, or motorcycling
