Experience with environmental monitoring/microbiological issues in pharmaceutical production is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Cleaning Validation, your tasks will include, among others:

• Conduct and coordinate cleaning processes and cleaning validations (CV) for new and existing processes and equipment.
• Issue protocols, programs, and reports for cleaning validation.
• Handle deviations, change requests, and risk analyses within the area of expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of cleaning processes.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration (Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Operations).
• Drive solutions for technical challenges and provide support during inspections.
• Foster a culture of regulatory compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement in accordance with GMP and company standards.
• Participate in environmental monitoring activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in biotechnology, food technology, natural sciences, chemical engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience working with cleaning processes and cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP).
• Experience with environmental monitoring/microbiological issues is advantageous.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
