Job Description

At Randstad Life Sciences, we are currently looking for an independent Cleaning Validation Specialist for one of our clients in Strängnäs. Experience with environmental monitoring/microbiological issues in pharmaceutical production is a plus.

Responsibilities
As an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Cleaning Validation, your tasks will include, among others:
- Conduct and coordinate cleaning processes and cleaning validations (CV) for new and existing processes and equipment.
- Issue protocols, programs, and reports for cleaning validation.
- Handle deviations, change requests, and risk analyses within the area of expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of cleaning processes.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration (Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Operations).
- Drive solutions for technical challenges and provide support during inspections.
- Foster a culture of regulatory compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement in accordance with GMP and company standards.
- Participate in environmental monitoring activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in biotechnology, food technology, natural sciences, chemical engineering, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience working with cleaning processes and cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP).
- Experience with environmental monitoring/microbiological issues is advantageous.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
