About the role

In the Datacenter project team, our task is to ensure that Coromatic's projects are delivered on time, according to specifications, with good profitability and the right quality. As a Senior Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for the project from handover to completion. You will drive complex and interesting business projects in cross-functional teams within data centers. If you enjoy budget and delivery responsibility, coordination, and building relationships, you will thrive here. Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a technical understanding of the issues at hand and how they can be solved. To perform the job in the best way, we would like you to bring:

• A broad technical generalist background in areas such as electrical and power distribution, building and property systems, control and regulation technology, operation monitoring, and similar.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• At least 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects and leading a team.
• Comfortable communicating in business Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are focused on delivery and have good collaboration skills with a focus on the common goal. You are confident in yourself and act as a role model in your leadership role. Furthermore, you are receptive and have the ability to build good relationships with both customers and project participants. The position is classified as a security-classified role, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security clearance and register check. The security clearance is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
