About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you have a broad role within administration and customer service, working dedicatedly towards a few corporate customers. You are responsible for administering, registering, and documenting incoming and outgoing deliveries. The role involves frequent dialogue via phone and email with recurring internal and external contacts, where you answer questions and inform relevant parties about current situations. These contacts operate both in Sweden and abroad, so you use English daily. Furthermore, you participate in customer meetings aimed at developing the collaboration, where you discuss ongoing projects, recurring challenges, and future plans. You work in close cooperation with your colleagues and are offered a thorough introduction. Your role can be described as an administrative and coordinating function, with the aim of creating an efficient logistical flow together with your colleagues. Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education
• You have previous work experience in customer service and/or administration
• You have good computer and system skills
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Advantageous is work experience within transport and/or logistics and post-secondary education in a relevant field
