• You drive power contracting projects from contract to final settlement and take responsibility for the entire execution.
• You monitor the project's economy with a focus on results, budget, forecasts, and change management.
• You plan, lead, and prioritize resources, activities, and deliveries to create an efficient project flow.
• You ensure that projects are carried out according to contracts, documents, laws, and regulations.
• You interpret documents and drive the dialogue with the customer and consultants regarding execution and responsibility.
• You lead project meetings and act as the primary contact for the customer throughout the project.
• You create the right conditions for working environment, safety, and quality in all phases of the projects.
• You coordinate internal and external parties to maintain pace, quality, and clarity in the delivery.
• You document project status, economy, risks, and decisions in a structured and traceable manner.

• Several years of documented experience in project management within power contracting, electrical power, installation, or related contracting activities
• Strong financial understanding and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Ability to lead people without formal personnel responsibility
• Good experience working with contracts, documents, and change management
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and a structured work approach
