Property Manager for Victoriahem in Uppsala, Bro, and Märsta

Do you want to take a key role in Victoriahem's management organization and contribute your experience to developing both people and working methods?

At Victoriahem, we are now looking for an experienced Property Manager who will serve as a close support to their Area Manager. This role suits you if you have good experience in residential management and wish to use your competence to develop people, processes, and our management operations.

You will become an important cog in the organization and function as the Area Manager's right-hand person – someone who creates structure, supports colleagues, and contributes security and experience to daily work.

About the role

You will have overarching responsibility for supporting our property managers in their work. You will act as a sounding board for complex management issues, coach colleagues in their daily tasks, and contribute your experience in areas such as residential management, rental legislation, and planned maintenance.

An important part of the role is being present in the operations. You will regularly visit our offices to create close collaborations, support the managers, and ensure a uniform working approach.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Coach, guide, and develop our property managers and other colleagues in their daily work.
• Ensure high quality and a uniform working approach within the management.
• Contribute your competence in residential management and rental legislation.
• Support planning, prioritization, and follow-up of planned maintenance.
• Participate in budget, investment, and management issues.
• Be a support in the dialogue with tenants, contractors, and authorities.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive the development of routines, processes, and working methods.
• Lead and coordinate daily work through a coaching and supportive leadership style.

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary education in property management or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Have several years of experience in residential management and feel confident in the entire management process.
• Have good knowledge of rental legislation and experience with planned maintenance.
• Are used to taking significant responsibility and thrive in an advisory and coaching role.
• Are a natural leader who builds trust and enables others to develop.
• Work in a business-like, solution-oriented, and proactive manner.
• Have a B driver's license and access to a private car.

We are looking for you who are a secure and experienced property manager with a genuine interest in supporting and developing others. You are service-oriented, business-minded, and structured, with a working style characterized by quality, responsibility, and good planning.

You easily build trusting relationships and communicate clearly with both tenants and contractors as well as colleagues. As a person, you are unpretentious, collaborative, and self-reliant, with the ability to make your own decisions when needed.

You are motivated by developing working methods, raising the quality of management, and contributing to the continued development of the business.
