You will step into a new team with the mission to maximize the value of existing data in a business that wants to turn data into concrete business value. The focus is on building robust pipelines and user-friendly data products on an Azure Databricks platform, while working closely with the business to understand needs and create solutions that make a real difference.

The role also has a clear long-term perspective. You will help establish ways of working, structures, and solutions that over time can be managed by other teams according to data mesh principles. Here you get to combine a modern data platform, close collaboration with the business, and the opportunity to influence how data products are built and developed.

• You build and maintain pipelines that transform raw data into structured and user-friendly data products.
• You ensure high data quality, good traceability, and clear documentation in the solutions.
• You collaborate closely with the business, analysts, and data scientists to understand needs and develop solutions for reporting, analysis, and AI initiatives.
• You contribute to establishing ways of working and best practices for data products that can be taken forward and managed by other teams over time.
• You explain complex data solutions in a simple and pedagogical way to different audiences.
• You help prioritize development based on actual business questions and clear business value.

• Experience building pipelines and data products in Azure Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Understanding of modeling, granularity, and history, as well as how these affect analysis, reporting, and business value.
• Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams close to the business.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
• Experience handing over solutions to other teams for long-term management.
• Interest in coaching and supporting others in data matters.
• Experience with analysis related to customer behavior, profitability, risk, or operational efficiency.
