ENGI is in an expansion phase and is now looking for an Office Manager for our Stockholm office. As Office Manager, you will have overall responsibility for an established business with approximately 16 employees. The role is fundamentally operational, focusing on production, delivery, and team development. This means you are responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently in daily operations, that projects maintain high quality, and that the organization develops over time.

Your mission:

• Lead and develop an organization of approximately 16 people
• Create clarity in structure, responsibilities, and working methods
• Delegate responsibilities and build a sustainable management structure
• Ensure clear goals, follow-up, and result-oriented management
• Plan staffing and capacity in line with growth
• Recruit new employees together with other managers

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have substantial experience in design/engineering, preferably within HVAC/energy
• Have experience leading teams within a technical consultancy
• Be business-minded and accustomed to result accountability
• Want to lead, develop, and help others grow
• Have the ability to create structure and build organizations
