Job Description

In the role of Asset Manager, you hold overall business and functional responsibility for specific infrastructure facilities, depots, and terminals. Your focus is on long-term security of asset status through strategic requirement setting, financial monitoring, and active development of existing construction and supplier contracts.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage assets related to depots and terminals (such as land, ramps, fences, and technical installations) and handle associated lease agreements.
  • Monitor agreed functional requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) against procured maintenance suppliers and traffic operators, driving continuous improvements.
  • Be responsible for the allocated budget, results, and operational planning within your management area.
  • Initiate technology and property-related investments by preparing project orders, implementation decisions, and investment calculations, as well as ordering and participating in operational projects.
  • Act as an owner representative towards external and internal stakeholders, lead business meetings, and contribute to a professional and collaborative work climate.
  • Participate in future procurement of maintenance contracts.

Required qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • At least 5 years of documented experience in steering, monitoring, and developing business or construction contracts.
  • At least 5 years of experience performing complex analyses related to contract management and placing them in a broader business context.

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant post-secondary degree from a university college, university, or similar, with a focus on construction, civil engineering, or property management.
  • At least 5 years of experience with direct economic and result responsibility in a client organization (preferably public sector) or with a larger supplier.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational work within a supplier organization.

  • Start date: 2026-08-14 - 2027-07-31 (with good opportunities for extension)
  • Employment: 100% (Full-time)
