We are looking for a Property Manager for the Traffic Administration.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The resource will participate in the Property/Bus & Sea unit, a group consisting of six property managers and four technical property managers, as well as two requirement-setting specialists and a group manager.

The Property Section is the infrastructure owner of property facilities within all modes of public transport. The responsibility involves maintaining safety, function, value, and condition of the properties and installation objects included in the section's area of responsibility. The properties and fixed installations of bus traffic currently include terminals in North Stockholm, South Stockholm, and Central Stockholm, with the new Slussen being under design. Additionally, installations at more than 28 depots around Stockholm are included. As a Property Manager for Bus and Sea, you will participate in several exciting, challenging, and highly noticed projects. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for leading business meetings with procured suppliers and working to create and maintain good relationships with important internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Management of infrastructure at bus depots and terminals, including tanks, ground, ramps, gates, and fences, as well as lease agreements.
• Follow-up and development of agreements with maintenance suppliers and traffic operators for operational services.
• Responsibility for a portion of the budget and operational planning regarding the business manager's managed objects.
• Order and participate in operational projects affecting the business manager's managed objects.
• Initiate technical and property-related investments through, among other things, preparation of project orders, implementation decisions, and investment calculations.
• Act as the owner's representative towards all stakeholders of the Traffic Administration.
• Monitor key performance indicators within the management area.
• Suggest changes and development opportunities and actively drive continuous improvement work.
• Contribute to creating a professional working climate in the group with a focus on good customer service.
• Contribute to collaboration with other departments and sections.
• Participate in procurement of maintenance contracts.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Minimum upper secondary education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and following up business or construction contracts.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing contract management and placing it in context.

Merits

• Degree from University College or University/Bachelor's/Master's with a focus on construction/civil engineering/property management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in economic and result responsibility in a client (public) or supplier organization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a supplier organization.
