Your Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and technical development. You ensure that the properties are functioning well, safe, and cost-effective in daily operations, while working systematically with planning and follow-up.

In this role, you contribute your expertise in technical management, energy optimization, and installations. The role is operational and close to the business, with many points of contact, where you coordinate the daily work in the properties and contribute to a good living environment for our tenants.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance of residential properties
• Ensure that technical installations, control systems, and regulatory requirements are met
• Work with energy monitoring and contribute to more efficient operations
• Coordinate, lead, and motivate property caretakers in their daily work
• Procure and follow up on contractors and service agreements
• Create and follow up on budgets and forecasts for operations and maintenance
• Handle invoices, including review and accounting
• Drive smaller maintenance projects and handle insurance matters, e.g., in case of water damage
• Conduct apartment inspections and ensure correct documentation

Your Profile

You have a strong interest in property technology and consider it natural to stay updated on regulations and your expertise. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You are a social and trustworthy person who can collaborate and build good relationships with others, such as colleagues, tenants, and suppliers. Through good communication and leadership skills, you lead others in an motivating way.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in property management, technology, or energy
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property management
• Experience in residential property management
• Experience with budgeting and cost monitoring
• Experience in team leadership
• Good knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical installations
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
