As a Production Manager at our laundry facility in Arlandastad, you play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. You are responsible for daily operations and production planning in collaboration with experienced team leaders, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

In this role, you lead the business towards set goals regarding productivity, quality, working environment, and delivery precision, while driving active improvement and development initiatives.

Your main responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize staffing based on forecasts, production needs, and budget to ensure customer deliveries.
  • Lead daily production through DPM meetings and workplace briefings.
  • Monitor production plans, KPIs, and results, taking corrective actions to meet set goals.
  • Drive development and improvement work regarding quality, efficiency, and production processes.
  • Handle complaints and follow up on customer-related deviations.
  • Ensure that established routines, instructions, and working methods are implemented and followed.
  • Conduct employee interviews and contribute to salary review processes.
  • Be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and competence development of production staff.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and HR on rehabilitation cases and personnel-related matters.
  • Manage and report deviations, improvement proposals, near-misses, and accidents within the company's management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, project leaders, and the sales organization to create efficient working methods and good customer relationships.
  • Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with current legislation, authority requirements, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
  • Drive and develop work within quality, environment, and working environment in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience leading and developing employees in a production or industrial environment.
  • Experience with Lean, 5S, and structured improvement work.
  • Good knowledge of working environment, labor law, and rehabilitation processes.
  • Experience with quality, environmental, and working environment management systems.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with reporting, analysis, and follow-up of key figures.
  • Good proficiency in the Office package as well as business or production systems.
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
