About the role

As a designer at TEAM TSP, you play a central role in our client's varied and interesting projects. You work with a wide range of assignments for operations such as universities, laboratories, authorities, law enforcement agencies, and museums. The scope of the position can be adapted to your ambition and previous experience, and you collaborate closely with the responsible case manager in the various projects.

By translating the customer's wishes into finished solutions, you collaborate with the company's other consultants within telecommunications and security, physical security, as well as control and monitoring. You are responsible for, together with the case manager, producing installation drawings, security plans, door layout drawings, and documentation for coordination. This is a perfect role for a junior profile with a burning interest in learning more, who wants to join a family-owned company and get the opportunity to develop.

We also expect you to work well in a group as the work is partly carried out in teams where you support each other. In this process, there will be a background check and security clearance as the company works with security-classified projects.

Responsibilities

The role of designer involves producing technical drawings and documentation within different project groups. You collaborate closely with case managers and senior colleagues to produce complete documentation that forms the basis for the customers' procurement documents. The position is entirely office-based and does not involve physical installation work in the field.

• Create installation drawings, detail drawings, and layout drawings for technology
• Produce security plans and network diagrams related to the projects
• Develop documentation for fire alarms, evacuation alarms, as well as AV technology and meeting technology
• Collaborate with the responsible case manager based on given instructions in the projects

We are looking for you who

• Education as an electrical engineer, BIM designer, or other relevant vocational higher education (YH) in electricity and telecommunication systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar digital drawing tools.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Swedish citizenship as our client works with security-classified projects which requires a passed security check.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in technical design, contracting work, or installation within telecommunication systems, physical security, or electrical systems.
• Experience with MagiCAD.
• Good knowledge of English.
