About the Role
Do you want to be the one who creates security and a premium feel for the customer – from first contact to the finished car? As a Service Advisor/Planner at Exclusive Cars, you are a key person in the workshop's daily operations and the obvious link between the customer and the technicians. You are responsible for guiding the customer through the entire service process and ensuring that every visit is characterized by clarity, quality, and professional treatment. The position is located in Sollentuna and is a 12-month fixed-term assignment, with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Schedule, plan, and follow up on service and repair jobs.
- Create and administer work orders, including pricing, invoicing, and quotes.
- Provide advice throughout the service process and keep the customer updated on status.
- Receive and handle customers via the counter, phone, email, and web – and work proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle warranty cases, insurance claims, and complaints.
- Order spare parts and collaborate closely with the technicians for an efficient workflow.

We Are Looking For
- Several years of experience working as a Service Advisor.
- A good understanding of the service process and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to work in a structured and efficient manner, even when the pace is fast.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
