Purpose of the Role
The role of Data Engineer aims to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business development, quality assurance, and strategic decision-making within healthcare operations. The role contributes to creating data-driven insights that strengthen quality, efficiency, and financial monitoring.

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data within production, quality, and finance.
- Create reports, analyses, and dashboards for management and operations.
- Identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Support operations in data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor healthcare quality and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data quality, structure, and reliability.
- Participate in development projects such as digitalization and BI solutions.
- Responsible for producing monthly follow-ups and result analyses.
- Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and IT.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree in fields such as statistics, economics, systems science, public health, or a similar area.
- Experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare, social care, or the public sector.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Meritorious experience with medical record systems and healthcare data platforms.
- Experience in business development and change management is meritorious.
- Experience working in cross-functional and complex organizations.
Technical Skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Meritorious knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Understanding of data modeling and data quality.
Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of healthcare processes and patient flows.
- Knowledge of quality registers and healthcare-related KPIs.
- Good understanding of regulations and data protection, such as GDPR.
- Insight into how data is used for quality monitoring and business control within healthcare.
