We are now looking for a Business Coordinator with financial responsibilities for an established membership organization in central Stockholm. Here, you are offered a broad and independent role where you get to be the hub of daily operations and contribute to ensuring that both people and processes run smoothly.
About the role
As a Business Coordinator with financial responsibilities, you are responsible for ongoing financial administration, including bookkeeping, invoice management, reconciliations, and follow-ups. You work closely with the operations and contribute with structure, order, and administrative support in the daily work.
You plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and activities, as well as handle bookings, invitations, and practical preparations. The role also involves being a natural contact person for visitors, suppliers, and partners.
As a central figure in the operations, you have a holistic perspective and are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run well. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to a well-organized, professional, and welcoming environment.
This is a role for you who thrives on variety, enjoys taking responsibility, and appreciates a workday where both people, service, finance, and administration are important parts.
- We are looking for you who
- Have experience with ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
- Have worked in financial systems, such as Visma or similar
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and have a good sense for order and details
- Are service-oriented and thrive in a role with many contact points
- Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and like to take initiative
- Have the ability to work independently while collaborating well with others
- Enjoy combining administrative and practical tasks
Post-secondary education in economics or administration is meritorious but not a requirement.
