We are now opening a brand new MAX restaurant at Arlanda Airport – and we are looking for you who want to work closely with the team and take responsibility for the daily operations. As a Shift Supervisor with us, you will have a key role where you lead the team on-site, create strong guest experiences, and build a work environment characterized by engagement, quality, and joy in work.

About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at MAX, you have a central role in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead and distribute the work in the team, ensure a professional and warm reception for our guests, and are responsible for the restaurant delivering high quality in service, pace, and food. The role involves a holistic perspective on the business – from the kitchen and cash register to serving. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a work environment characterized by engagement, collaboration, and continuous development.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and work together with your team in operations.
• Together with the restaurant manager, you are responsible for driving the business forward and working with, for example, sales results, work environment, and staffing.
• Follow up on restaurant routines and ensure that food safety is adhered to.
• The role includes administrative work such as planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Together with the restaurant manager, follow up on financial results and set goals.
• Motivate and develop employees both in operational matters and in their personal development.

Who are you?

Competency requirements:

• Lead and coach the team in daily work.
• Ensure that guests receive a world-class service experience.
• Plan, staff, and train within all areas of the restaurant.
• Coordinate and follow up on work in the kitchen, cash register, dining room, and serving areas.
• Responsible for the restaurant being clean, fresh, and welcoming.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in the restaurant industry, with the ability to ensure that the restaurant meets all rules and regulations.
• High service sense and ease in contacting new people.
• Enjoy working at a high pace in an international environment.
• Previous experience within MAX is an advantage.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Can express yourself well in both spoken and written English as well as Swedish.
• Have Swedish citizenship or permanent residence permit.

Other information

This is a full-time position. The work is distributed over all days of the week, early mornings, and evenings. You need to be able to get to and from the airport almost around the clock, as our business is open most of the day, 365 days a year. The airport is a security-classified workplace which requires an approved security check including register control. There must also be no gaps in your employment of more than 28 days, unless they can be verified. Please ensure that your last five years can be verified in the form of grades and certificates and prepare yourself before a possible interview.
