About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based at Odenplan in Stockholm. You will become an integral part of a team that helps customers daily via phone, chat, and email – handling everything from deliveries and invoices to package tracking and general inquiries.

The assignment starts on July 27th and initially runs through the summer. However, if you perform well and wish to stay, there are excellent opportunities to continue working after the summer.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with questions regarding deliveries, invoices, returns, and other common issues
• Work efficiently and with a service mindset, even under high pressure

Conditions

• Employment type: Temporary assignment via Simplex Bemanning
• Location: Odenplan, Stockholm
• Working hours: Variable – daytime, evenings, and weekends according to schedule
• Hours: Minimum 80%, usually full-time
• Salary: According to agreement
• Start date: July 27
• Vacation: Opportunity for 1–2 weeks of vacation, according to agreement

We are looking for someone who

• Is quick, clear, and professional in communication
• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is flexible and able to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys customer interaction

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
