We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead 360° campaigns, live activations, and physical events for a global tech company. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure high quality and strong impact in every delivery.

• Lead 360° campaigns from planning to execution.

• Manage live activations and physical events.

• Ensure physical experiences are transformed into engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing, branding, and production.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality.

• Documented experience in project management within marketing, campaigns, or events.

• Experience driving 360° campaigns and live activations.

• Strong understanding of how physical events can be translated into content for social media and digital platforms.

• Experience working cross-functionally within marketing and brand organizations.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong connection to the Nordic cultural scene, such as music, nightlife, or other cultural contexts.

• Experience with global brands or international marketing organizations.

• Experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or fan engagement.
